Orange, Almond and Pistachio Cake
Please keep the cake in the fridge if not consuming within the same day. It will be good in the fridge for about 5 days from day of collection.
The cake is great cold or warm! To warm it up, you can either place for a couple of mins in a 150C oven or microwave it till the desired warmness. The warm cake is also great paired with our Pistachio Spread or our Sicilian Pistachio Ice Cream.
Ingredients: Fresh Oranges, Almond Flour, Eggs and Sicilian Pistachio
Sicilian Pistachio Ice Cream
Please put the ice cream into the freezer as soon as you recieve it. It is good for up to a month in the freezer. But best consumed fresh within 2 weeks.
You should be able to scoop the ice cream directly from the freezer as we designed it to be so. But different home freezers have different temperatures so in case the ice cream is hard to scoop. Leave it in the fridge for a couple of mins and try again.
Ingredients: Cream, Milk, Sugars, Eggs, Milk Powder and Sicilian Pistachio
Earl Grey, Elderflower and Pistachio Tiramisu
Please keep refrigerated. It is good up to 5 days from collection date if left in the fridge. For longer storage, you can freeze it and thaw overnight in the fridge.
Enjoy it straight from the fridge. :)
Ingredients: Sponge Fingers, Eggs, Mascarpone Cheese, Earl Grey Tea, Elderflower Liqueur and Sicilian Pistachio
Please keep the spread in the fridge. It is good for up to a month in the fridge from collection date.
Spread it over anything that you want a hit of Pistachio :) The spread gets softer once it gets to room temperature.
Ingredients: White Chocolate, Sugar, Milk, Butter, Light Corn Syrup and Sicilian Pistachio
Please ensure it is in airtight container or zip lock bag in a cool area. The crisp is very sensitive to heat and humidity.
Enjoy it by itself, or with a glass of coffee or tea. If it loses its crispiness due to the heat and humidity, you can put it into the fridge before consuming to make it crispier.
